You will need a PGCE with 60 credits at masters level, awarded within the past 5 years or You will be a recognised graduate of the University of Sheffield iPGCE, awarded within the past 5 years or You have a PGCert related to education or professional studies, achieved no more than 5 years before you commence the programme or You will be a recognised graduate of the University of Sheffield PGDE with 120 credits at masters level, awarded within the past 5 years. This qualification will grant admittance to Year 2 of the programme. We assess each application on the basis of the applicant’s preparation and achievement as a whole. We may accept applicants whose qualifications don’t meet the published entry criteria but have other experience relevant to the course.
