Personal Statement:
A letter of intent that addresses your previous education, reason for choosing a degree in Clinical Epidemiology, future career goals and research interests as they apply to Clinical Epidemiology and Health Care Research. You may also wish to elaborate on any funding or supervision arrangements and clinical obligations during your studies.
Recommendation Letter:
Two confidential letters of reference from academic and/or professional supervisors or other appropriate contact.
