Personal Statement:
A letter of intent (Supplemental Information Form) stating (1) why you would like to enter the MBET program; and (2) outlining previous work, business, or entrepreneurial experiences.
Recommendation Letter:
Three references and their contact information (one reference must be academic and one must be professional). Please review the Graduate Studies References guidelines for details on who qualifies as a reference. These referees will automatically receive an email from the Graduate Studies Office with instructions to complete a reference score sheet and return it to the Waterloo Graduate Studies Office.
