Required Documents: Currently Enrolled 高三在读学生（应届生）
A notarized copy of your Chinese Upper Middle School transcript, including Year 1, Year 2 final results and Year 3 midterm results 高中成绩单，要求包括高一，高二和高三上半年成绩公证件; a school profile, which should include the success rate of the school’s graduates in being admitted to top universities in China, their students’ other achievements and their admissions selectivity学校资料，要求证明该学校在读学生的情况总结; a notarized copy of your ‘Academic Proficiency Test’, ‘Unified Academic Upper Middle School Graduation Examination’ (Hui Kao) or equivalent results 会考成绩公证件; a letter written by you indicating the date you will write the Chinese University Entrance Examination (Gao Kao) and proof of registration, if available 确定参加高考的证明，包括注册高考的时间和信息; copies of awards received for academic achievement (e.g. Three Good awards, Math or other Olympiad contest achievements) 各种获奖证明复印件（挑选其中最好的三个，包括奥数等）; letters from your school indicating that you are expected to qualify for the Graduation Diploma this year, your rank in class, and other accomplishments, especially academic accomplishments 学校证明信，证明学生可以按时毕业，学生的成绩排名和其他优势; results from any standardized academic tests written, including any SAT, ACT, or AP exam results.
